BLDC maintains a list of companies for sub-contracting purposes. If you would like your company to be considered for projects, please provide a full company portfolio by filling all the fields below:

Company Owner's Name (required)

Contact Name (required)

Email (required)

Phone Number (required)

GST # (required)

Membership numbers for safety associations (if applicable)

WCB coverage / clearance (required)

Equipment List (required)

Proof of insurance: commercial general liability, minimum $2 million (required)

A list of projects worked on over the past 3 years (required)

Safety program information, including copies of certifications with provincial or federal safety programs, plus the following:
Must successfully complete pre-employment drug/alcohol and physical test
CSTS/PST
H2S Alive
Ground Disturbance
Standard First Aid
Heavy Equipment Certificate (preferred, but not mandatory)
Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
Must provide a copy of current driver’s abstract
Must have a minimum of 3 year’s previous experience and strong (whatever)

Upload Certifications

All the above documentation must be on file with the Buffalo Lake Development Corporation before a company will be considered for work.
